For the Picnic

I'm making a version of Renny's Bastard Beer Chili for the picnic in the slowcooker right now. It's actually much more like Shipwreck as I just pulled out everything in the closet that looked good together and threw it in the pot with some browned ground beef and some sautéed garlic. It tastes really good right now, but I'm not sure what the cooking process will do to it. I guess we'll see.
